What is your return/exchange policy?You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@justwhatyouneedau.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that items are sent back at the cost of the customer unless goods are faulty.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?Once your order's placed, we will process your order within 2 days, however please allow extra days if your order's placed on a weekend, as we are closed on those days. Do you have gift packaging options?All our orders come with a simple and beautiful packaging box, which is nice enough as a small gift. However if you are looking for something more than that, please always email us and we will try our best to assist.

How do I cancel/modify an order?Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, you will not be able to cancel or modify it. However, we can offer refund or exchange once you've received the order if the items are unused. What if I've entered the wrong address?In that case, we will need to fix that for you as soon as possible, so if that happened to you, please get in touch with us straight away through email or DM on instagram with your order number and correct address.

Why are the freshwater pearls I received looking slightly different from what's shown in the pictures?Please note each and every pearl is unique due to the use of natural freshwater pearls. Natural pearls have variances in colour, shape and texture. Your pearls will vary slightly from the image provided online.

How should I care for my beautiful pieces?We recommend to store your beautiful pieces in a closed bag or box, and try to keep away from moisture if possible. Clean with jewellery cloth regularly to keep them shiny. Always disinfect before first time use.

What is the material being used in our 14k/18k gold filled jewellery?They are 14k/18k gold filled copper, while in earrings that are 14k/18k gold filled, most of the posts are made of 925 sterling silver, which is hypoallergenic, it is perfect for people who have metal sensitivity. Please refer to the description in each product page.
